Bed Bug

What is a Bed Bug?

Bedbugs are small, oval, brownish insects that live on the blood of animals or humans. Adult bedbugs have flat bodies about the size of an apple seed. After feeding, however, their bodies swell and are a reddish color.

Ants, Ants, Everywhere Ants!

They are found almost everywhere on the planet. These hardy insects come in different varieties from the very quick and tiny Argentine Ant to the "industrious" Carpenter Ant to the highly feared Imported Red Fire Ant with its ability to inflict a nasty bite.

More Information

Perhaps there is no more feared insect than the spider, and in some cases with good cause. The Brown Recluse Spider and Black Widow are known for their venomous bites.  A bite from one of these insects can cause reactions from mild to very severe.

More Information

Centipedes or "hundred-leggers," are elongated, flattened animals, bearing one pair of legs per body segment. The actual total number of legs in most species is closer to 30 than to 100. Adult centipedes are usually brownish and over 1 inch in length. The house centipede, a species that commonly invades buildings, has long legs that enable it to run rapidly. Unlike millipedes, centipedes never coil up when disturbed.
